This has got to be one of my favorite crockpot chicken meals. I have it all ready to go in the slow cooker in 5 minutes. If I didn’t buy skinless drumsticks, then it takes longer because I have to remove the skin from the chicken. Start off by adding the maple syrup, dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the crock pot, stir it up, and add the chicken. Then cook it on low or high, depending on how quickly you want it ready.
Once it is done, you have chicken that is falling off the bone. I know that the combination of ingredients might sound weird as such different flavors being put together, but I promise it tastes amazing.
We like to eat this slow cooker maple dijon chicken drumsticks with roasted brussels sprouts and rice.
