Sautéed Green Beans with Parmesan

  • Green beans
  • 1Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced or pressed
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp shredded parmesan
  1. Heat oil in large sauté pan over medium heat
  2. Add green beans, garlic, salt and pepper
  3. Saute for about 5 minutes stir frequently
  4. Add lemon juice and continue cooking until desired consistency about 3 minutes
  5. Remove from pan and sprinkle with parmesan
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy
