Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups frozen corn
  • 1 -15 oz can of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup cilantro, roughy chopped
  • 1 -14.5 oz can fire roasted tomatoes (drain out extra juice)
  • 1 jalapeno, diced
  • juice of one lime
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • salt
  • pepper
Instructions
  1. In medium bowl combine all ingredients
  2. Mix well to combine
  3. Serve with tortilla chips
