Blueberry Margaritas

Serves: 6-8 glasses
  • 1½ cups blueberries, pureed and strained
  • 2 cups silver tequila
  • ½ triple sec
  • ¾ cup simple syrup
  • ½ cup fresh lime juice
  • Garnish:
  • Lime Slices
  • Blueberries
  1. In a food processor puree the 1½ cups of blueberries until smooth. Strain the blueberries into a pitcher.
  2. Add in the tequila, triple sec, simple syrup, and ½ cup of fresh lime juice. Stir well. Taste and see if you want more simple syrup. Serve in glasses over ice.
