Fresh Mango Salsa
A super easy fresh mango salsa that comes together in just a few minutes. It is perfect just with tortilla chips, or on top of fish, chicken or pork.
Serves: 3-4 cups salsa
  • 3 ripce mangos, cut into cubes
  • ⅓ cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup cilantro, choppped ( about ½ cup chopped)
  • 1 Jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • ¼ cup lime juice (1-2 limes)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
  1. In a serving bowl, combine the mango, red onion, cilantro, lime, jalapeno, and salt. Try the salsa and add more salt if needed.
  2. I like to let my salsa sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes for the best flavor.
You can store the salsa for several days in the fridge covered.
