Banana Peanut Butter Dog Treats
  • 2 Bananas, peeled
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 Tablespoons dried parsley
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  1. Preheat oven to 300 F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl with a fork mash the bananas. Add the beaten egg. Stir in the peanut butter, parsley, mix until well combined.
  3. Next, stir in the rolled oats, the mixture will be thick.
  4. Roll mixture into about 24 balls, using a 1 tablespoon scoop. Transfer to the lined baking sheets. Use the back of a spoon or the bottom of a glass to lightly flatten the cookies down.
  5. Bake until firm 40 to 45 minutes. Halfway through baking, remove the baking sheet from the oven and flip all of the cookies over.
  6. Note: you might be able to fit them all on one baking sheets as they will not expand in size much as they bake.
It is best to store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for one week. Or freeze them for your dog for a later date.
