Tropical Green Smoothie with Blueberries

A refreshing green smoothie
Serves: 2
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 2 cups almond milk (water, milk, coconut milk etc)
  • 1 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
  1. Combine spinach, blueberries, pineapple, banana, almond milk, chia seeds, and maca powder in blender. Add more water if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  2. Serve immediately.
