It’s fall, and I am obsessed with all flavors that fall has to offer. This apple cider champagne punch is a great way to enjoy the fall weather. This drink is refreshing and ready in just a few minutes. I love making pitcher drinks when having people over; it just makes the whole event run that much smoother. This pitcher serves 5-6 people if each person has one drink, and it can easily be multiplied to make more servings.
I only used one Fuji apple for the recipe, but you could add different kinds of fruit like pears, oranges, green apples etc. I think it’s best to pour all the ingredients in the pitcher right before serving. You do not want the Champagne to go flat, and the bubbly effect is the best part of this drink. I suggest cutting up your fruit. That way once you are ready to serve, all you have to do is pour and mix.
- Large Apple cut into strips or cubes
- 1 Bottle of Champagne (I used a Brut)
- 1½ to 2 cups Apple Cider
- Chill the champagne and apple cider before making. Cut up the apple or other preferred fruit up into small pieces. Add the fruit, champagne and 1½ cups apple cider to pitcher. Gently stir and taste to see if you want to add more apple cider.
